Our 7 unit strata was having water ingress problems in several places and after many attempts to find any person interested in tackling such ‘small’ projects, you came recommended to us and proved to be both interested and competent in sourcing the ‘leaks’ and also had the integrity and resourcefulness to tackle our myriad of problems.

Your knowledge and workmanship was excellent.  The top floor penthouse showed 100% water ingress from the patio decks.  You were able to determine the underlying problems (slope and membrane) that were causing the leaks and to fix the ensuing damage to any interior walls and patio walls and surfacing that were damaged.

In particular, I would like to mention your interest in finding and fixing the leak to our unit bay window area and subsequently all the bay windows facing east.

You had the resourcefulness to determine the problem of the leaks around our window and thus the replacement of flashing and sealant around all floor windows. You were able to manage all subcontractors to be available in a timely manner.

Your crew and yourself were approachable with all our questions and indeed were a pleasure to work with at all times.
